Troubleshooting
- Audio: Please check the volume control within the player. The volume settings are being saved locally and will be available for all videos.
- Quality: If you are experiencing quality issues, please make sure your computer has resources available. Therefore close all other computing intensive applications as well as the browser and reopen the browser with only one active tab. If this does not help, try to restart the computer to also close applications that are possibly running in the background.
